You should receive a card or letter home from your school or nursery on the photography day, on which you will find the UNIQUE ID, often in red text. it will consist of the first 4 letters of your school or nursery name followed by 5 or 6 letters and numbers.

Your images may not be accessible right away, it can take a couple of days to have them ready but if you register/login and enter your UNIQUE ID the site will store it for you and email you when your images are live.

All Presentation Sets, Extra Large & Large prints come mounted as standard. All sizes are in inches, all sizes are approximate.

Downloads come at a minimum of 8.5”x12” @300 dpi and include a licence for unlimited self-printing & sharing.
Colours may differ from our print output & digital files to those you see on your screens or self-printed images. 

All digital download orders are now found in the “Downloads” section of “My Account” here you will be able to access, view, and download your digital orders for upto 6 months.

Depending on your Browser and OS, you might be able to click the link given there and a download will begin automaticaly, or you may be taken to  a page showing the full resolution file on your screen, in which case you will need to “right click “and “save as”, saving the file to your device wherever you require.

Please note, a cut off date is agreed with the school for one last collection and delivery to the school often in the last 2 weeks of term.
As  some schools require all orders delivered in one batch we can not guarantee any delivery dates or schedule.

If you require physical products sooner than this please contact us before placing your order.

However there are circumstances out with our control.

We would ask that you check with both your school office and class teacher in case your order is simply waiting to be handed to us or handed to you, before contacting us.

We ask that you signup to an account in order to help secure your images and associate orders with one user for each ID.

We ask that you provide us with your name,  a vaild email address and mobile number for reasons including but not limited to: Providing you with recipts, conformations and updates for your orders, inforamtion regarding your schools photography sessions, prices & discounts, ID and password recovery and secure digital image downloads via your own downloads section in “My Account”.  Any digital download purchased will only be available in the original purchasing account.

On our Home Page  or on the top bar, Select “Login/Signup”
You will be asked to create an account or login to one you have already made.
After this you will be asked for you UNIQUE ID’s to access each set of images.

We try our best to find images from every year we have photographed in each school, however it is not always possible to make full sets. It has been our policy to not send out sets with less than 3 images, 3 years of school life for each child. This year due to covid and most schools missing some or all of 2018-2020’s images we have made up sets that do contain 3 images but not any that only had 2 or less. 

If your child missed alot of photography sessions and only had 2 images availalble, we will not have made the set up. If you have images from more than 2 years that we have taken, you are welcome to send these to us and we will endeavour to make up a more complete set for you.

We have searched our records as thouraly as possible but we can still miss things, if you know there is an image missing that you already have a copy of them, taken by us, you can upload a copy at the checkout stage of ordering your set, we will then place that image in the correct position in a new set and send that out to the school for you at no extra cost. Instructions are found on your order page, please log in with your Unique ID to do this.

Once you have created an account or logged in, you should be taken to a page to enter your UNIQUE ID.

Enter an ID and you should be taken to that child’s order page, where you can see thier images at the top and  choose from any of our products below them.

If you have more than one ID to use or order from, you can add one order to your cart, select “Login” again then enter another ID, add what you wish to the cart and so on until you are ready to check out.

Not to worry, you can request access to your ID again by filling clicking here and filling in the form. This can only be done via a registered account.

UrPix archives school photography images for a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 17 years. This reflects the typical school journey from nursery through primary and secondary school, with a limited additional period beyond the end of the final academic year.

Images are stored securely on offline HDD or SSD archive drives. Archived images may be used only to provide further products or replacement orders made available to the relevant school, parent, guardian, child or family.

Images will not be used or shared for any other purpose without express written permission.
